About me

Let me introduce myself to you.

I came from South Korea to research the health policy of USA at university.
I used to teach the health policy to the students of college in Korea for more than 10 years. I was one of the best professor at that college but I didn't content myself with small success. I'd like to improve the ability to the academic field related with my major by studying the health system in California.

Every wednesday, I would attend the seminar held by a college or a research institute center about the health policy of USA. Whenever I joined that seminar, I always felt some difference that how to see the ongoing health policy of each countries or what to do for the heath of people specially poor people compared to our country. I have a good experience researching and analyzing the health data that was surveyed by the California Health Research Center every two years. I'm sure that the result of my research will be published with Journal of Health Policy at this fall volume should help to improve each countries' health system.
Next month, I have to leave alone here. It is a pity to me and my family that my family will be separated from me until this summer vacation. But during this time, I have learned how to study health system in USA and communication skill to get more intelligence by the seminar and academic meeting with the well-known professors.

Now I am very proud of visiting California during one year for researching my major. As I go back Korea, I would play an important roles to improve our people's health status by developing the new efficient health system of Korea.
